Virtual Telehealth Care does not charge a membership fee — creating an account is free, and there is nothing for Virtual Telehealth Care itself to refund.

Each Care Services plan (Primary Care, Urgent Care, Mental Health, Dermatology, Vet Care) is a separate membership billed directly by National Telehealth Providers, the licensed partner operating it. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for that plan are handled by that provider under its own terms — contact them directly through the plan you signed up for.

The prescription discount pharmacy program is a discount card, not a purchase — there is no charge to Virtual Telehealth Care to refund there either.
