FAQ

Common Questions

What does my free account actually get me?

It's the key that unlocks the network — Primary Care, Urgent Care, Mental Health, Dermatology, the pharmacy discount program, and Vet Care all become available to start once you have an account. The account itself doesn't include any of those services; each one is its own separate membership billed by the licensed provider running it.

Who actually treats me — Virtual Telehealth?

No. Every Care Services membership (Primary Care, Urgent Care, Mental Health, Dermatology, Vet Care) is operated by National Telehealth Providers, a licensed partner in our network. Licensed providers make every clinical decision, and that provider sets the terms, pricing, and billing for its own service.

How much does each service cost?

Primary Care starts at $35/month, Urgent Care at $28/month, Mental Health at $21/month, Dermatology at $35/month, and Vet Care at $21/month — see each service's own page for the full tier breakdown. Your Virtual Telehealth Care account is free; these prices are billed directly by National Telehealth Providers once you start a plan.

Is the prescription discount pharmacy insurance?

No. It's a discount program, not an insurance plan. It doesn't replace insurance and isn't accepted everywhere — check the current formulary on our Pharmacy page and confirm participation with the pharmacy before relying on it.

Do I need a separate account for each service?

No — one Virtual Telehealth Care account reaches all six categories. If a Care Services payment issue comes up on a plan you've already started, that's handled directly with National Telehealth Providers, since they bill it — not us.

Can I cancel anytime?

There's nothing to cancel on the Virtual Telehealth Care side — the account is free, no subscription running. Canceling a Care Services membership (Primary Care, etc.) you've started is handled directly with National Telehealth Providers, since they bill it independently.

Is Vet Care for emergencies?

No. Vet Care is informational guidance only, not for diagnosis, treatment, or emergencies. If your pet is having an emergency, contact a local emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
